2025 IOWA WATERCOLOR SOCIETY 48th ANNUAL JURIED EXHIBITION

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2025 

​

MEETING, LUNCHEON, WATERCOLOR DEMONSTRATION, & AWARDS CEREMONY  

​

The Iowa Watercolor Society annual meeting will be held September 14, 2025, from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm., at  La Poste,
1219 Warford St., Perry, IA. Doors open at 10:30 am. Registration is required and opens online, August 6, 2025. Registration closes on September 1, 2025.

 

Events planned include the annual meeting, luncheon, watercolor demonstration by Andy Evansen, AWS, PAPA,  RRWS, TWSA and our exhibition awards ceremony. You may bring one guest. The cost per person is $25. Plan to arrive when the doors open to view the 2025 Iowa Watercolor Society 48th Annual Juried Exhibition and 2024 Traveling Show (downstairs in The Cellar) before the brief business meeting begins.

Our short business meeting will begin at 11:30 am. and 2026/2027 workshops will be announced. Lunch, catered by Hotel Pattee, will be served at 12:00 pm. (including a vegetarian/gluten free option). Andy Evansen’s demonstration will begin at 12:45 pm. Immediately following, the 2025 Iowa Watercolor Society's 48th Annual Juried Exhibition award winners and the new Traveling Show will be announced.  
 

All paintings not included in the 2025 Traveling Show, as well as the 2024 Traveling Show paintings on display in The Cellar, must be picked up after the meeting concludes at 2:00 pm., unless other arrangements have been  made prior.
